About Our Disability Program
With over 15 years of dedicated experience and a proven success rate of more than 75%, our mission is to empower individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI) and serious emotional disturbance (SED) to secure the Social Security disability benefits they deserve.
We proudly champion the nationally recognized SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) model—transforming complex application processes into pathways toward recovery, stability, and long-term wellness. Our work has helped communities thrive by bridging systemic gaps and restoring hope one successful claim at a time.
In addition, we provide technical support and guidance for professionals actively engaged in implementing the SOAR model, ensuring best practices and fidelity remain intact across Arizona and beyond.
