Under his direction, we continue to support SOAR-trained professionals, offer technical assistance, and design continuing education programs that meet real-world needs in real-time.

For over 15 years, our team has been at the forefront of helping individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI) and serious emotional disturbance (SED) access the Social Security disability benefits they deserve. Grounded in compassion and driven by results, we’ve proudly implemented the SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, and Recovery (SOAR) model across Arizona to simplify complex processes and make recovery possible.
But 2025 marks a pivotal moment.
WHY?
With the closure of the federally funded SOAR Technical Assistance (TA) Center, we’re stepping forward to carry the legacy into its next chapter. Our LLC was founded not just to preserve the SOAR model—but to expand it, refine it, and ensure its life-changing impact remains accessible for years to come
